Welcome to Bramble & Creek Press. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.brambleandcreekpress.com (the "Site") and any purchases or memberships made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Bramble & Creek Press creates co-illustrated, "start it, you finish it" keepsake storybooks and related products designed to invite children and families to slow down, wonder, imagine, and make memories together.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not:

Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission

3. Products & Orders

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, illustrations, and descriptions accurately; however, we do not guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Damaged Items Policy, available on the Site.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (such as Stripe or Square). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

5. Newsletter & "Inside Scoop" Membership

Our free newsletter and paid "Inside Scoop" community membership are delivered through Substack.

Free newsletter sign-up is available to anyone who provides a valid email address.
Paid membership is billed according to the terms presented at checkout via Substack and is subject to Substack's own terms of service and billing policies.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue newsletter or membership content at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, book excerpts, illustrations, artwork, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Bramble & Creek Press or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a photo of your own purchased book).

Any artwork, photos, or content you submit to us (for example, through a community artwork-sharing feature) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant Bramble & Creek Press a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and use that content in connection with our Site and marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. User Conduct & Community Spaces

If our Site or affiliated Substack community allows you to share artwork, comments, or other content, you agree not to post material that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access for users who violate these Terms.
